Ingrid Fear

GREATER LONDON

South African born and familiar with constant change still could not prepare Ingrid for her pivotal year of 2012. This was the year where Ingrid faced her 3D’s: Death, Divorce & Debt.

During 2012, Ingrid was dealt a number of life challenges including loosing 3 people in 5 months that helped her value the importance of positivity, living in the now and building resilience strategies. This has certainly enabled Ingrid to understand her clients on a deeper level.

Ingrid inspires and enables people to move from Fear (her family name) into Freedom. She does this through her skills as a Behavioural Change Coach and Facilitator where she develops and delivers personal development and leadership workshops to support organisational and personal change.

For over 10 years this inspiring, professional, passionate, confident and enthusiastic Coach has worked with people enabling them to build stronger relationships, trust and accountability. Her passion lies with developing people, building their resilience and finding their purpose, values and vision.

Although Ingrid had already trained as a Coach, it wasn’t until she read Sue Stone’s book “Love Life, Live Life” that she became inspired to reach more people and make a real difference by enabling them to live their best lives. Within weeks of reading Sue Stone’s book, Ingrid trained as an Accredited Sue Stone Foundation Coach and feels privileged to be part of this amazing inspirational team.

An energetic sporty person where she understands the power of small and consistent changes results in success. Ingrid rarely overlooks a walking challenge and already has Kilimanjaro, the Thames Tow Path and half of the South Downs ticked off. For balance she loves safaris and dark chocolate!
